Day 20,227

So, the Summer Solstice arrived today, Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 4:50 p.m. Eastern Time. I’m getting shaggy again, so it’s time to trim my vines. Tomorrow, it looks like it will be extremely hot, so any outside time will be strictly on a need-to-go basis, and maybe keep a portal open to Antarctica following me around for a blast of cool air if I need it.

We have fireflies and all sorts of nature out back, and expect some lovely visitors in the coming days and weeks… but I am looking forward to autumn weather.
