Flax is way easy to work into your diet – I’m stubborn, and even I am finding it not too hard. Toss some in with rice while it’s cooking, sprinkle em on a salad or peanut butter sandwich, or make flax seed crackers. They’re yummy, and maybe you won’t die of something horrible!
