Simplicity will be tasty I hope. Made potluck from tomato sauce, veggie meatballs, black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo, assorted herbs, spices and some liquid smoke. Salad and garlic bread available, too.

I call it meatball bean soup.

Accomplishments:

Truck tires checked. They’re fine.
Got materials for supper. Eggs, cream,  broccoli, veggie bacon, veggie sausage

Made two quiches. Mozzarella, bacon, broccoli and cheddar, sausage, broccoli

Ready at 7.

Edit. She liked it! Even had seconds.

Bam in my eyes.

Allison loved it and my tuna was phenom.

Breakfast of a bagel after staying late in bed.

Watched a smidgen of weeds on Netflix and then an extended visit with Adam vw, Dave Nelson and the in-laws in windward key. Supper of veggie chili and college football on the tv.

I was feeling rough today, in body and spirit.  I hope tomorrow is a better day.
