The Regional Directory is down because one of our servers died (physically). When we get it back from the manufacturer, the Regional Directory will be back up.
All of your entries are present (check your calendar view), but they are not appearing on your recent entries or friends pages. This is a known problem and we are working on it. (thanks to maltor & terytaya)
