Rereading Vonnegut. Wow, monkey house has a broad range (40ish) of good, bad, and some terribly dated short stories. Who was the editor of this? Even the story order and tone is all over the place. I haven’t read it in quite a while and some really problematic stuff of it’s time, (mostly misogynistic).

Slaughterhouse-Five is next, and I wonder how I will come away after that. His writing skill is very interesting to read, rather like a not so dark George Saunders.
