Based on my current level of activity, if I were to become a ghost, there is no way I would become a poltergeist.
It is more likely that I would just be visible/tangible to cats, whom I would pet. I think being a phantom sunbeam would be pretty nice, plus the fun of seeing the owners say “what the heck are you looking at? Why do you have the zoomies at 3am?”

They’re compelled to re-enact the tragedy of this late clown’s life, so a supernatural tribunal may judge the fate of his soul.
