I forgot how much 80s television can be like theater, staged and performed very specifically. 

There is an oddly comforting aspect of watching this while the snow is falling outside.

I especially missed the mtm cat saying meow in bob’s voice.

I like that they put in a little more research of the source material than they might have. Mombi, Jack Pumpkinhead and Tip, colors for the munchkins being blue.

Clever use of “only a witch can kill a witch”

Not crazy about the acting and direction, but visuals are nice.
