contractors and visitors may enter the building.  Investigation is on-going at Navy Yard.
Traffic on M Street is still blocked.

Washington D.C. (NNS) – The Navy Yard in Washington D.C. is currently on lockdown with orders to shelter in place.

No incident can be confirmed as of yet.

Updates will be posted on Navy.mil as they are available.
