Well, according to the gps, I walk 2.7 mph when walking my normal pace, or 3.3 if I’m doing a brisk walk. Not much of a difference.
Lovely shower…comfy, and soothing after the walk home.

Disembodied this morning… Beautiful song on my winamp. Call me a fuddy-duddy if you want, but I really like Dean Martin. (As opposed to Sinatra, who I think is a little bit of a creep….though I really dig the movie The Manchurian Candidate.

If you’ve never read the book, it’s a good deal more than a zombie with a flat top haircut and neck bolts. (Though I do like the misunderstood monster / mad scientist version, too).
