Shazam was fun. First DC movie that I have seen in a long time “done right” (which is very subjective.) I have minor quibbles, but feel it is aok overall. Might be a little too kiddy for some adults, a little too adult for some kids. Just right for me.

Biggest bonus, I was not spoiled for anything cool. Nice cameos, and lots to keep comics fans happy without being too “comic book guy” for those that aren’t all up in the big red cheese’s business.

Early teen years – movie posters, Atari, pinup and bamboo scrolls. I had the sicilian, because it reminded me of Highlander. Cathy Lee Crosby was given to me be a neighbor kid named Whitney, nicknamed Dimwitney by my dad. Most movie posters came from the local video store. I also had evil dead, blues brothers, and a few others in rotation as the others shredded and fell down. All were held up with thumbtacks.
