9710 – monday
Slow wake up day, taking it easy. I’m pretty creaky, and BHK is in more need of an oil can than I am, today.
BHK made me some lovely chocolate pancakes for breakfast… so much that we couldn’t finish ’em. There’s still one mammoth tasty circle in the fridge for later.
We went upstairs and relaxed a bit – caught up with afew episodes of reaper (end of season 1) and then I went on walkabout on my own – BHK was too out of it to go today, so I made a quick route, but saw Zorro and a few of the other kitties – see photos below. Garden is coming along – cauliflower and cabbage both are growing nicely.
Watched Castle, the Unusuals (BHK fell asleep, so I also started meet the spartans… dumb movie, but it was what I was looking for at the moment.)

Happy Muddah’s Day, to all muddah types!
We celebrated mother’s day at clarke’s landing – seafood was ok, but not up to normal par. Chris liked it, and that was the goal.
Had a nice day – Larry had to go tend to Prom, so we came over to our place and watched Wuthering Heights.
I split time between the movie, and installing Adobe CS4 – got a good deal on it from a friend, and now I may finally take scottobear.com out of its old look. Still debating a theme, but it’ll be cleaner, and will incorporate bHK, pye, newt and myself all on our own pages.

Last day at the Gig. Folks were nice, and many were surprised that I was heading out. No hard feelings anywhere – lots of kind words and sentiment.
I’ll miss some of the folks there – but I’ll see more than a couple on facebook here and there for contact – and I’ll likely go to the crab feast in July, too. (I won’t miss the commute at all!)
