Papua New guinea 70% cacao

My favorite thus far. Very “fruity” with a little spice. Seems like it will go to bitter but turns sweet at the end.

Tastes like the photo below in my mouth!

Ecuador 66% cacao dark chocolate

Nice aroma… floral and rich, nice aftertaste. A little fruity, not as smoky as the others.

I’d say it’s a great after Mexican food treat!

Peru 60% cacao

Jasmine and clean finish. Less rich and less acidic.

Seems more like vanilla than the Tanzania last night. Good stuff.

Chocolate of the day. Tanzania 73% cacao.

It’s good! A solid 7 of 10. Slightly fruity, maybe a bit grassy? Very strong stuff, doesn’t take a lot.
