Allison and I had a good day yesterday. We missed seeing Adam and Madding but did get to hit laughing Buddha with the inlaws. A quick grocery trip and then the two of us crashed on the couch. Allison fell asleep while we watched Tv so I got a little more farcry3 under my belt… I suspect the main mission is about done. (At the communications dish)

We’re thinking about a day trip to Pennsylvania this week sometime, if the weather is good and timing is right. Ive never seen the liberty bell or assorted national treasure sights. It’ll just be a quick taste.

Roku box and the plex app is doing superior streaming on my network. The association of file names and actual files is a bit odd, but it does ok overall. I wrote a python script and it does a fair job of compiling and connecting to a few outside databases for better metadata. I’ve submitted it to them, maybe it’ll help in future updates.

I can stream Cbs and hulu web series too. Also, crunchyroll has only one commercial at the start of a show rather than several interruptions in hulu.

In related news, I like the young justice series quite a bit. Red dwarf x, on the other hand is x-tra crap.

Cold today. Snow powder is keeping kids from school, but Allison had to head to work. I made nachos for supper tonight… we had plenty so we’re covered for lunch tomorrow. (Allison’s last day before her vacation time!) We get to spend a little span together for my birthday.

Groundhog day, Natch.

We both had the day free, so we took some time and meandered around Annapolis recharging ingress portals. My phone gave up his battery pretty early, but Allison had a lot of progress for the resistance. 

It got more than a little brisk, so we headed home a bit early.

Inlaws came by and we watched from prada to mada (loosely based on sense and sensibility) I’m not into the flick so much, but I got the first demo williams book free for the kindle today… chiun and his shinanju will see me through.
