Based on my current level of activity, if I were to become a ghost, there is no way I would become a poltergeist.
It is more likely that I would just be visible/tangible to cats, whom I would pet. I think being a phantom sunbeam would be pretty nice, plus the fun of seeing the owners say “what the heck are you looking at? Why do you have the zoomies at 3am?”
