Raining today, and so many folks are still without power, thanks to Helene. I suspect that Adam here would have a hard time getting a charge because, despite the wet, there hasn’t been very much lightning in these parts. My heart goes out to those displaced, dealing with any ill effects of the storm.

I cannot get over how lucky Atlanta was in this horrific Hurricane Helene mess. The amount of damage done defies belief, and almost 2 million people are still without power. I cannot remember when anything has damaged the central South this hard. That so few people lost their lives is a blessing. I hope everyone gets their power back soon.
