This isn’t winding down. It’s a standoff. The insurrectionists can see that they’re being treated with kid gloves, much as the Bundy insurrectionists out west were. But police, nat guard, federal police and more are being collected in staging areas near the capitol.It’s going to get ugly after dark. These guys are going to get their guns out of their cars, get drunk and go looking for trouble in DC.

Swampwalk quarantine isolation day 297. Note that someone tossed a christmas tree into the scrub area entering the swamp. I dont mind too much but it could have gone to a goat farm near by as a snack. Critter count is low, just a couple of neighborhood dogs and two humans buying a car… both buyer and seller were maskless and up close enough to shake hands and spread any disease easily.
