Today, an unexpected turn of events sent shockwaves through our small town. It started like any other ordinary day, with the sun shining brightly and birds chirping in the trees. Little did they know that something extraordinary was about to happen.

Word spread quickly among the local cultists, a group known for their mysterious rituals and secretive practices. Rumors were whispered among them that Amy, a renowned investigator of the occult, was coming to visit our town. Panic set in as the cultists realized that their clandestine activities might finally be exposed.

In a frenzied panic, the cultists hatched a plan to escape the scrutiny of Amy and her investigative prowess. They believed that their only salvation lay in a mystical portal hidden deep within the heart of the nearby forest. With haste and desperation, they gathered their belongings and hastily chanted incantations to activate the portal.

As the sun began to set, the air crackled with an otherworldly energy. A shimmering, ethereal gateway materialized before the cultists, beckoning them to step through. One by one, they vanished into the portal, leaving behind an eerie silence that hung in the air like a heavy fog.

I stood at a distance, observing the scene with a mix of curiosity and trepidation. The cultists’ actions had always been shrouded in secrecy, but this sudden disappearance seemed to hold an air of finality.

It’s been nearly a week since I stumbled upon the cultists’ hideout in the woods, and I thought I had managed to evade their grasp. But today, while I was out for a walk, I caught sight of a group of cloaked figures nearby, and a sense of dread settled over me like a thick fog. The cultists are still lurking, and their presence feels more ominous than ever.

I rushed back to my cabin, my heart pounding in my chest. Every snap of a twig, every whisper of a breeze seemed to carry with it the whisper of danger. I locked all the doors and windows, but the fear remains. I don’t know what the cultists want, but their fixation with me is chilling.

I try to keep a low profile, but the sense of being watched never leaves me. The slightest sound sets my nerves on edge, and I startle at my own shadow. The tension is beginning to take its toll on my mind.

I’ve thought about seeking help, but I’m not sure who I can trust. If the cultists are as powerful as they seem, they may have already infiltrated any authority figures I might turn to. For now, I am alone with my fear and my thoughts, waiting for the inevitable moment when the cultists close in on me.

I know I need to come up with a plan, but every moment feels like a race against time. The cultists’ presence grows stronger with each passing day, their shadowy influence lurking at the edges of my consciousness. I am trapped in a nightmare of my own making, and I fear that soon there will be no escape.

Today I’m going to build a diorama of a stage play where our main character has some choices to make. I will be constructing the plank flooring and curtains, sculpting the character, building a little rowboat, carving some paddles, sculpting some tiny mushrooms, and creating a backdrop with oil paint. I will also be adding a lot of LED lighting and also some fiber optics!

Today was a terrifying experience. I discovered that a group of hooded figures had infiltrated my neighborhood, and they were conducting sinister activities under the cover of night. Their true purpose was shrouded in mystery, but their devotion to their unknown cause was chilling.

I witnessed their disturbing rituals, which included chanting and the sacrifice of small animals. They had even erected a statue to their unwitting figurehead, Scottobear, which they worshipped with an unsettling fervor.

I knew I had to act fast before their dark influence spread any further. With a sense of dread, I gathered some supplies, including a few pyrotechnics, and waited for the right moment. When the cultists gathered to perform another ceremony around the statue, I made my move.

As I destroyed the statue with all speed, the cult’s cries of rage and despair filled the air. Their wrathful eyes bore into me, and I could sense their unbridled hatred for me. Though they were taken into custody, I knew in my bones that this was not the end. Their presence would linger, and their vengeance would be brutal.

Today was a chilling reminder that darkness lurks in the shadows, waiting to consume the unsuspecting. I hope that I can find the strength to withstand the looming threat of the hooded ones, for their insidious agenda will not be silenced easily.

May the Third, 2023.

Today as I ventured into the Blue Ridge Mountains, an eerie sense of foreboding began to take hold of me. The forest was shrouded in mist, and the trees seemed to twist and turn like gnarled fingers reaching towards the sky.

I walked deeper into the woods and couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being watched. Every sound, every rustle of leaves, made my heart skip a beat.

Finally, I stumbled upon a clearing, and my eyes were drawn to a life-size statue of myself at its center. But it was not the likeness that chilled me to the bone – it was the offerings at its base.

Flowers, crystals, and other trinkets were scattered around the statue, all addressed to “Scottobear.” I couldn’t help but wonder who had left them and why.

As I tried to leave the clearing, I heard a rustling in the bushes and turned to see a group of hooded figures approaching me. My heart raced as I realized that they were part of yet another cult that worshipped me as a god.

I wasn’t sure what to do next, but I knew that I had to be careful. I didn’t know what they wanted from me, but I had a feeling that it wasn’t good.

I quickly retreated back into the woods, my mind racing. I don’t know what lies ahead, but I know that I have to stay vigilant if I want to make it out of the mountains alive.

In other news, it looks like the radon issues at the house will soon be a thing of the past! Perhaps the hallucinations will stop now.
