peradouro drops pictures in there now and then, but aside from that, it’s pretty quiet. Same for the Oekaki board in the scottobear toybox.
Started coughing this morning, and it continues into the night.
Rescheduled dentist, and am waiting to hear scheduling for the back guy. Trying to get an appointment for presiden’t day if I can, but if not, maybe on one side of the weekend or another for maximum comfort.
I still need to schedule allergist remeet. Maybe I can do a doctor hat trick!

Today was all about rest… rallied strength, watched feasting on asphalt (Alton Brown’s tattoo looks… rather unplanned, to put it as kindly as I might) and an episode or two of monk, had BHK’s home made pizza bread and pseudo chicken strips atop a yummy, crunchy salad.
Finished off the first Harry Dresden book, and began the second.
talked to danny at 930 am about terry pratchett’s alzheimers. He’s pretty down about it.

Taking it easy tonight – We have a couple of netflix movies and more on the TIVO… heading out is something for tomorrow, after allergy shots.

Train Shopping & antiques – Chris got a lovely bit of stained glass, I spotted a wireless cam possibly suitable for newt and or pye, Larry got some train couplers, BHK found a little food place that had cute pastries, and socks with hearts on ’em.
Came home and had a nap-rest
Went over to the in-laws again, and had a supper of noodles & peas, crab soup, salad – all yummy
Watched balls of fury… it was about what a perosn would expect. One or three cute/ funnny moments, but the best bits were in the preview.

Conclusion:
1: L5-S1 level: There is an extruded left sided posterior disk herniation at the L5-S1 level. The disk protrudes 6mm…

This causes compression at the proximal aspect of the left S1 nerve root. There are also moderate left sided facet hypertrophic changes. This causes mild narrowing of the left neural foramen.
2: L3-L4 level: There is a small left sided posterior disk herniation at the L3-L4 level. This causes a mild flattening of the left anterior thecal sac contour.
Basic breakdown – knee extension (L3), ankle dorsiflexion (L4), long toe extension (L5), and ankle plantar flexion (S1) are issues, in addition to pain/numbness.
