So anyway.. I told you that long sob story to make the point that in my experience, making an exercise of and documenting the simple everyday moments of joy (which have since come to be called “glimmers”) really does make a difference. I know you are an avid journaler, so you already have a foundation for that. Maybe a slightly different approach to make it stand out a little.
That’s a excellent idea, and one that can be utilized right away.
